What is Obstructive Sleep Apnea?
Sleep Apnea is a common but serious sleep disorder where breathing is briefly interrupted during sleep. The most common type of Sleep Apnea – Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) – occurs when the airway is blocked by relaxed soft tissue during sleep causing pauses in breathing and loud snoring.
